When you talk about Le Burger Week and Le Chef TV Show, Chef Tony’s name will always come to mind. Indeed, Chef Tony Desmornes is winner of the televised cooking show Le Chef TV Show in 2015. He is also winner of Le Burger Week for the "Most Innovative Burger" in 2015, and the “Juiciest Burger 'and' Sponsors' Choice" in 2016 and in 2017. Chef Tony was very passionate about food from an early age and was known among friends and families for its culinary evenings. He studied Hotel and Restaurant Management in Guadeloupe, where he acquired his European touch. In July 2012, Chef Tony began working at La Reserve, where he brings his refined skills and fine dining touch. Soon enough guests started noting the huge culinary changes. As skilled as Chef Tony is in International Cuisine, he also excels in the realization of traditional Haitian dishes. It is primarily rooted in its DNA. Indeed, in March 16, 2012, the Group l’EDUCATOUR (tour operator) and Haiti’s Touristic Association (ATH), were able to appreciate his typical Haitian dishes such with twists such as: "Tchaka" and “Poulet Djon-Djon“.  Chef Tony is nowadays known as one of the Top Haitian chefs both performing in and outside of Haiti thanks to his eye for perfection, his unparalleled skills and his graceful style.


Born in St-Marc, Haiti, Chef Paultre came to the USA at the age of 14. He moved to New York in 2011 to further his education. Originally wanted to become an FBI agent but had a change of heart and follow his passion. Graduated in 2013, in Culinary Art, he started working for several corporations bringing his skills and experience. In 2015, he started his own catering company: by the name of chef paultre catering. His main goal, in the future, is to open his own restaurant in the USA and his native country, Haiti.


Born in Cap-Haitian, Haiti, Chef Vincent has been living in Montreal, Canada for a while. She was raised in a family where the kitchen was an essential part of their lives. That passion and love for food made her pursue an education in Culinary Arts to learn more about the technical part of the industry and its business aspect. Throughout her young culinary career, she has worked with "Renaissance" in Montreal where she developed her skills and acquire further knowledge.  Chef Vincent is currently working on developing her personal brand in Montreal and start full time her catering company set to lunch in 2018.


Born in Virginia, Chef Jeffrey has always had a passion for the culinary world so much that he started being involved in the kitchen at a very young age. After high school, he decided to pursue an education in Culinary Arts at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University in Miami. Eager to learn and develop his skills, Jeffrey started working at fine dining restaurants like "Lolita" and "Sea Spice" while working with Chef Lemaire's catering company "Sensory Delights". Chef Jeffrey has had the chance to work hand in hand with Chef Lemaire to participate at some huge events such as "A Taste of the Caribbean" in Montreal Canada, and travel to cook in multiple cities such as New York, Boston, D.C., Virginia to name a few. Jeffrey's eye for details and his flair makes him a one of a kind talent to be reckoned with.
